In Fort Good Hope, Northwest Territories, a community is working to address one of the North’s most persistent challenges: housing.

This documentary follows the story behind the K’ahsho Got’ine Trades Centre and the people who helped bring it to life. Through conversations with community leaders, tradespeople, and residents, the film explores Fort Good Hope’s housing history, present housing crisis, and the community’s efforts to rebuild the skills and infrastructure needed to build homes locally. At its heart, the film is about local empowerment and investing in the next generation.
